The address is familiar. The service is new.
SnapAndRoam.com once hosted an independent travel journal. Today it is home to an invitation-only global connectivity service.
Why the old addresses still work
Some useful travel articles and referring links remain on the web. Their destination paths have been preserved so returning readers are not sent to an error page. Every current field note was written afresh, checked against present-day sources where necessary, and published under the new site.
The archive does not imply that the present Snap & Roam service existed during the former journal’s lifetime, or that the new operator took the trips described by its previous owner.
Where the new work begins
Snap & Roam addresses a particular problem: keeping mobile lines, local numbers, and home-internet accounts organised for people who divide their lives between countries and properties.
The Field Notes now combine practical travel planning with the connectivity details that are easy to miss until a handoff fails. They are reference material, not a record of personal journeys.
What the name means now
For the new service, Snap & Roam is a simple instruction: move intelligently, stay reachable, and make fewer arrangements under pressure. It now names an invitation-only connectivity service for globally mobile households.
