Service scope and limitations.

Our role

Snap & Roam provides account management and service coordination for accepted members. Each membership is defined in a written proposal and service agreement. Unless that agreement expressly says otherwise, Snap & Roam is not your mobile carrier, internet service provider, emergency-calling provider, or network operator.

Availability and eligibility

Services depend on country, exact property address, provider coverage, building access, identity and residency rules, device compatibility, installation capacity, contract terms, and other eligibility requirements. The word “global” does not mean that every country, address, or provider is supported.

Mobile service and local numbers

Some travel eSIMs provide data only and do not support calls, SMS, bank verification codes, short codes, or emergency calling. Phone numbers remain subject to national numbering rules. We do not promise that a number can be transferred between countries.

For enrolled accounts, the written service plan defines the payment dates, inactivity rules, renewals, and porting tasks Snap & Roam monitors. Number retention cannot be guaranteed, including after a provider has disconnected or released a number.

Home broadband

Broadband is address-specific. Advertised speed is not guaranteed at every property or over Wi-Fi. Surveys, landlord or building approval, installation appointments, construction, equipment, outages, and cancellation or return obligations may affect delivery.

One account and payment

“One account” describes the Snap & Roam management experience, not a single underlying telecommunications account. Consolidated statements and payment are available where supplier arrangements and local law permit. Direct-provider billing, separate deposits, taxes, usage charges, equipment, installation, foreign exchange, or one-time charges may apply and are disclosed before acceptance.

Emergencies and outages

Do not rely on travel-data products for emergency calling. Network performance and outages remain subject to the underlying provider. Snap & Roam’s responsibilities are limited to those stated in the written service agreement.
